CORONAVIRUS UPDATE - 3/27/2020
Until the danger of COVID-19 has passed, EZ Office Products will not be picking up returns or exchanges. This is to ensure the safety and continued health of our dedicated order pickers and delivery folks as well as the communities that we serve. We're confident you would not want to receive merchandise that may have been returned from another business not knowing who touched it.
EZ Office Products will continue to process return authorizations for returns or exchanges, so please continue to contact us via email at [email protected], call us at 608-310-4300 x1, or complete our online Return Merchandise form. We will have your return request in our system. Be assured that we WILL pick up returns once it is safe to do so.

CORONAVIRUS UPDATE - 3/23/2020: Home Deliveries Begin!
To accommodate those who are now utilizing home offices, we began making deliveries to residential addresses effective yesterday unless mandated by local government to keep our trucks off the street. However, we will need to work with you directly to help set up home delivery as needed.
Please be assured that our entire team remains committed to providing the highest level of customer service. One of our roles is to make your life easier and more efficient – and now more than ever, we are here to help keep you and your business productive.

Coronavirus Update - 3/22/2020
While everyone is keeping a careful eye on news reports and updates on the COVID-19 outbreak, we want to assure you that we are currently providing deliveries for customers in much the same way as before – with some caveats.
Safety is at the foundation of all that we do, and now more than ever, we are working to protect our employees, clients, partners, and the extended EZOP team.
Here are some of the ways we are limiting exposure to the virus on an ongoing basis:
- We use sanitizing agents on our trucks so that the vehicles stay disinfected and our drivers stay well
- We have scrutinized our sanitation practices when handling our deliveries to keep our customers safe
- All our drivers and warehouse personnel undergo health checks at the start of each shift, including body temperature and symptom checks
- Where possible, members of our teamwork from home
- All team members who remain at our facility practice strict protocol as required by social distancing and stay at least six feet apart from each other; we disinfect all common areas regularly
- We are accommodating meetings by utilizing conference calls and web technology, and have ceased all face-to-face meetings at this time
Right now, communication with our customers is extremely important. If you place an order, we need to know if your business is accepting deliveries at the time. If not, what alternate arrangements can we make for you? It is imperative that we have your contact information with an updated phone number so that we know how to reach you if there are any delivery questions. We receive many inquiries as to the availability of certain high-demand supplies. We currently have a limited amount of sanitizing wipes, but hand sanitizer is out of stock. We will notify you when supplies are replenished and provide timely updates on our website and social media.
